What if my plans change or I miss my flight?

Your pass has extended validity, most of our passes can be used within 12 months in alternative airports. Contact our customer service team and we'll help you out.

How can I pay?

After you request a pass, we send you details of the lounge in the airports you mentioned along with Payment details, you can Pay securely online or by Bank Transfer.

Can I buy for someone else?

Yes, as long as you have their full name as it appears on their ticket/passport.
